Short, Fast, and Loud
Interest in Japanese hardcore is at an all time high, from mutations of early US hardcore and 80s European crust to more inimitable and traditional approaches to the classic Japanese sound. We're also in a time where outsiders access to said styles is better than ever due, in no small part, to labels like Deranged, making great, international hardcore available to the masses.

These Hammer demo tracks are yet more examples of high-spirited, energetic, passionate Japanese hardcore punk. A very "classic" approach, but slightly easier on the solos and with much less of the out-there bastard Rock n Roll influences, than many of their contemporaries in the same field. Great stuff.
